Aimée Dadoun is a European and French Patent Attorney, and UPC Representative. She joined ICOSA in 2023 as a Partner and Consultant.
A graduate of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry), Aimée has 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry (Laboratoires Servier, Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics) as a patent specialist. She then continued her professional journey as a patent attorney at several prestigious French IP firms.
In 2008, she founded Tech@PI, a firm specializing in Life Sciences, particularly pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and biotechnology, and naturally established her practice in the Sophia-Antipolis technology park, a region she is originally from.
Aimée Dadoun practices in the field of patents. She is registered as an IP expert with both the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and BPI France. She supports companies of all sizes with their innovation strategies, from drafting to filing and extending patent applications, as well as conducting patentability studies and freedom-to-operate analyses. She also assists clients in opposition proceedings before the INPI and the European Patent Office (EPO).
