Annabelle Thouvenin is Trademark Leader Benelux at ICOSA. She is a qualified Benelux Trademark & Design Attorney (BOIP) and European Trademark & Design Attorney (EUIPO).

She advises start-ups, SMEs, and multinational companies alike on the strategic development of their industrial property portfolios. Her practice covers the full management of trademark and design registration procedures, as well as domain names. She also handles litigation matters and, over the course of her career, has managed numerous opposition proceedings.

Annabelle holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced International and European Studies (IEHEI, Nice / Europa Institut, Berlin) and a Master’s Degree (Maîtrise) in European Law (Universities of Amiens and Nancy II), complemented by an Erasmus exchange at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Before joining ICOSA in September 2026, Annabelle practiced at a renowned Belgian IP firm. Prior to that, she developed in-depth knowledge of the European institutions and regulatory environment in Brussels, notably at a law firm and at a public affairs consultancy.

From telecommunications and food to banking, insurance, and retail, Annabelle has spent more than ten years putting her expertise to work for well-known brands with a strong international presence.
