Basile DELOMIER is a European and French Patent Attorney.

He graduated as an engineer from Arts & Métiers ParisTech (ENSAM) and from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) with a specialization in patents.

Basile began his career in industry in 2010 as an R&D engineer, later working as a quality engineer. He then joined an intellectual property law firm in Lyon as a patent engineer in 2020. In 2023, he joined ICOSA’s Tech-Medtech department and has since been heading the Saint-Etienne office.

Basile supports startups and SMEs in drafting patent applications and managing prosecution before the French Patent Office (INPI) and the European Patent Office (EPO). He also provides strategic IP consulting, including freedom-to-operate analyses and the development of intellectual property strategies tailored to companies’ growth objectives. His technical expertise covers mechanics, textiles, and medical devices.
