Céline Rosticher is a European and French Patent Attorney.
She has strong expertise in materials chemistry, nanomaterials chemistry, biomedical engineering, medical device engineering and biomaterials, optics and photonics, as well as sol-gel processes.
Céline graduated from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) with a specialization in patents and holds a PhD in Physics and Materials Chemistry from Université Pierre & Marie Curie. She defended her doctoral thesis at the Laboratoire Chimie de la Matière Condensée de Paris (Collège de France) on the development of persistent near-infrared luminescent nanoparticles for in vivo imaging.
As a researcher at the Institute of Nanotechnology of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, and later at the Laboratoire de Physique et d’Étude des Matériaux at ESPCI Paris, she developed inorganic nanomaterials (oxides, metal clusters, quantum dots) with optical properties for biomedical and optoelectronic applications.
She joined ICOSA in 2016 as a patent engineer within the Tech team. Since 2024, she has been leading the Hardware/Materials Division.
Céline has extensive experience in drafting patent applications and managing prosecution before the French Patent Office (INPI) and the European Patent Office (EPO). She has also developed strong expertise in patent search tools, including Questel.
