Charlotte LE FLOCH is a European and Frenc Patent Attorney, and an expert in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical formulation.

Charlotte holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Université Paris V, a University Diploma in Health, Law and Society from Université Paris V, and a University Diploma in Biological and Medical Engineering from Université Paris VI. She also graduated from the CEIPI, with (Patents, Trademarks, and Designs).

Her thesis, defended at Université Paris V, focused on strategies and challenges for pharmacists in leveraging academic health research.

After an initial experience in a French intellectual property law firm, Charlotte joined ICOSA’s Chemistry team in 2019 as a patent engineer, bringing her expertise in drafting patent applications, handling grant procedures before the French Patent Office (INPI) and the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as preparing legal opinions.
