Christelle PETIT is a European Patent Attorney within ICOSA’s Chemistry team.

She has strong expertise in organic chemistry, phosphorus chemistry, catalysis, analytical chemistry, and process engineering.

Christelle holds a PhD in Chemistry, earned for her research on the evaluation of catalytic systems for the reduction of tertiary and secondary phosphine oxides, carried out at the Laboratory of Catalysis, Synthesis, and Environment (CASYEN, UCBL, Lyon) in collaboration with an industrial partner.

As a researcher at Texas Christian University in Professor Montchamp’s group, she worked on developing new synthetic methodologies in the field of phosphoric acid and its derivatives.

Christelle joined ICOSA in 2015 as a patent engineer within the Chemistry/Pharma team. She is involved in drafting patent applications and managing prosecution procedures through to the grant of intellectual property rights. She has also developed particular expertise in intellectual property asset evaluation.
