Clément ODIER is a European and French Patent Attorney.

He holds engineering degrees from the ESPCI Paris and École des Mines de Paris, as well as a CEIPI diploma (patents).

Clément began his career in intellectual property in 2018 as a patent engineer in a European IP law firm, where he advised international industrial groups in the automotive and aerospace sectors on innovation protection strategies across several key jurisdictions, including France, Europe, Japan, the United States, China, and India. His areas of expertise include mechanics, physics, materials, and electronics. In 2023, he joined ICOSA’s Tech team.

He assists companies of all sizes, from startups to large international groups, in developing and implementing innovation strategies.
