David Monin is a European and French Patent Attorney.
An engineering graduate of the École Normale Supérieure, David holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry. He defended his doctoral thesis on the drainage and coalescence of soap foams at the Centre de Recherche Paul Pascal (CNRS) and Université Bordeaux I.
David has a strong background in theoretical physics and has developed broad expertise in materials, including synthesis, formulation, and structure, as well as their properties (electronics, optics, color, rheology).
He joined ICOSA in 2019 as a European Patent Attorney in the Tech team. His work includes patent information searches, drafting patent applications, managing prosecution through to grant, and preparing legal opinions.
