Elodie is a European and French Trademark & Design Attorney. She is authorized to represent ICOSA’s clients before the INPI (France), OPRI (Benelux), WIPO (International), and EUIPO (European Union).
An expert in trademark law, design law, copyright issues, and online brand protection challenges, she conducts distinctiveness assessments and prior-rights searches, assists clients in pre-litigation negotiations and administrative disputes, and carries out audits of intellectual property portfolios to develop trademark and domain name strategies.
Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law (Law of Innovation and Technology) from Université Paris-Saclay.
She worked for more than ten years at an intellectual property law firm in Paris, managing diverse client portfolios ranging from startups to international companies across various industries.
In 2021, Elodie joined ICOSA as a Trademark & Design Attorney. She is an active member of the Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM) and is recognized for her expertise in brand protection, both offline and online, as well as in concept valorization.
