Louis Aubert is a Junior Trademark & Design Counsel. He holds a CEIPI diploma with a specialization in trademarks and designs.

Louis also earned a Master’s degree in international business Law with a specialization in Biotechnology and Law from Université de Tours. In 2023, he joined ICOSA’s Trademarks, Designs & Contracts department under the supervision of Partner Laurence Rivière.

Louis primarily assists with the filing and registration of trademarks and designs in France and Europe. He also supports Trademark & Design Attorneys in legal consultations, prior-rights searches, portfolio audits, coexistence agreements, contracts, as well as opposition proceedings and domain name recovery actions.
