Marine Beacco is a European and French Trademark & Design Attorney. She joined ICOSA in 2019.

Trained in private law and intellectual property law, Marine began her career in the Intellectual Property and Communication department of a leading Paris law firm specializing in IP rights. She then worked at several European intellectual property firms, where she managed IP portfolios for major French and international groups, particularly in the wine and publishing industries.

She advises clients, including startups as well as international companies, on strategies for protecting and leveraging their trademark and design rights. She has also developed strong expertise in domain name disputes, particularly UDRP proceedings.

Marine is also specialized in drafting agreements relating to trademarks, designs, and copyrights.
