Marion is a jurist specializing in contract law applied to research and development activities, as well as intellectual property law. She joined ICOSA at the beginning of summer 2025 as a member of the Contracts team.
She holds two Master’s degrees specializing in research law, innovation valorization, and intellectual property, and has a strong command of the French innovation ecosystem. Her background also includes training in business law, international, European, and comparative law, as well as university diplomas in legal English and US law.
She has seven years of experience at the CNRS, where she supported research laboratories in establishing industrial and academic partnerships and in the valorization of research results. In this context, she was involved in identifying, protecting, and maturing research outcomes, supporting laboratory teams throughout the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) scale, up to their commercialization through licensing or the creation of startups.
She now supports ICOSA’s clients in structuring their contractual needs, analyzing their intellectual property and financial issues, and drafting, negotiating, and monitoring complex contracts.
